Bringing your visions to life through well-formed, intuitive art and design is where my love resonates the deepest. Freelance creative designer, illustrator, and developer. For the past fifteen years I have been illustrating, sketching, and painting. Digital art naturally drew my attention which has since lead me into a passion for creating beautiful user friendly designs spanning from web to mobile. I can also help with branding and print needs that include logo design, business cards, and stationary. My knowledge and experience with pen to paper has shown me a different way of approaching each new project while allowing me to have a closer understanding of color and shape. Week One - a little about myself

My name is Sidney Danielle Barrett. I am currently earning my associates in graphic and web design. I'm a born and raised Washingtonian! I have moved around quite a bit, but I have recently landed in Auburn, WA for the time being. Art has always been my passion and I find myself always on the look out for my next project, unless its a painting... then I may find myself surrounded by 100 unfinished projects, but hey all great things take time, right? Being surrounded by the soft sounds of birds chirping and bugs buzzin' in the cool shade underneath the trees is probably my favorite place to be. I love exploring and finding new hideaways around the beautiful PNW. I work at Safelite Auto Glass assisting customers at the front deck and fixing windshields one rock chip at a time. I also work at Pike Place Market selling flowers! I always new I wanted to incorporate art in my profession and oddly enough coding my Myspace page really tickled my fancy so I figured I'd give it a try which lead me here at AI. At this point in my life I'm not really sure what I want to be when I grow up, all I know is that I want to travel and experience art in all forms while sharing my own with the world. Also I was named after Sid Barrett, the original singer of pink floyd, which I find pretty rad. hehe
